Returns are only accepted after approval by our customer support. To begin a return or any other query, please contact the support team at support@lyfehance.com within 14 calendar days from the date package is delivered.
Un-Used, unopened items can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, conditions applies.
If the item is defective/damaged or not working, please file a claim and provide a proper verification as requested by the customer support representative. Unverified products will not be entertained with return, exchange or refund. Without verification, we can’t resolve your issue. Claims filed after 14 calendar days time window will not be accepted.

Packages that are rejected or refused to receive upon delivery, abandoned, or packages returned outside the designated return process are not accepted as a return.
Items that are bought with store credit or gift card are not eligible for return. The gift cards and store credits issued by us are not exchangeable or refundable.
All custom duties are the responsibility of the recipient. The custom and duties are charged by the Border Agencies in your country, not by us. They are collected and held by them and are non-refundable. We do not wish any inconvenience for our customers.
For undelivered or lost packages, please file a claim within 60 calendar days of the dispatch date. Claim filed after the mentioned time bracket will not be accepted.
If you did not receive your package and it is marked by the courier as delivered, it will not be considered lost. Please file a claim with the courier.
In order to avoid delivery issues, please ensure that you mention your proper, complete address on the checkout. The items that are returned because of incomplete addresses are not eligible for refund or store credit.
Cancellations/changes in order are accepted within 60 minutes if the order is not shipped. After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and assigned a tracking number canceling/retrieving the package becomes virtually impossible.

Refunds or store credit for the returned product will be issued within 30 days after the product is received at our return address.

We offer free worldwide shipping with 2 to 3 business days for order processing. After the order dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days depending on your country or region.
Sometimes we split your order into multiple shipments. It is done if we have something in stock that can be delivered to you before the rest of your order. In such a case, you’ll be notified along with the tracking information of each shipment.
We try to ensure that the quality of both the product and packaging is perfect. But considering that logistic companies do the shipping, we cannot guarantee you completely undamaged packaging. SO in LOVE with this product!

WOW! I read ALLLL the reviews and I looked at this for a LONG time before purchasing. I’m 100% tomboy and totally not a girly-girl. I have super thick curly hair (see before photo) and it’s dry like a horse’s mane. I never style it because it takes an hour and a half to 2 hours between blow drier, flat iron and curling iron and I am NOT that girl. Enter this Revlon One step tool….

1- I read all the negative reviews and listened to my hair dresser who warned me about the high setting causing hair breakage – I use low setting most of the time, high only on the problem areas and then finish on the cool setting. (Photo #2 result)

2- I used a thermal protectant before I started plus used a homemade Argan and lavender oil after I was done.

3- Smaller sections for me worked better
Finished with a curling iron (Photo #3 final result)

4- I clean it after every use just like my hairbrush but I have a TON of hair and I clean my brush and this tool after every use. On average, you lose 100 hairs per day and if you only wash your hair 2-3 times per week like me, when you brush, you naturally have a lot of hair in there. I think keeping it clean will help the drier continue to work well without blockage and make it last longer.

5- i did not find it heavy or cumbersome.

This look took me 30-40 minutes. It was amazing!! The only thing I need to do now is find a finishing hair spray to help it hold. I’m sold though! I won’t do this all the time but no more paying $100 at the blowout bar on special occasions. This was so easy, I expect to do it a few times a month when we are doing out or something and I want a different look from my wild-looks-like-i-just-got-out-of-bed usual hair.

I’d highly recommend this tool just be careful with the high setting.

Amazing!

Bought it based on the recommendations of friends, and I've loved it! My hair is so smooth and soft, and it gets really straight with a nice bit of curl at the end without having to use a straightener or curling iron. I will say that it takes a little time to get everything really dry. If you have some time to let it air dray for awhile before blowdrying, that can be helpful. But it's worth to take your time and make sure your hair is really dry. It also took a little practice to figure out how to get the bottom layers and roots more dry without frying the ends. With a little practice, this can your hair's best friend!

I love this hair dryer!!!

I have had my eye on this dryer for a while, and I am glad I finally brought it. I dry and style my hair in half the time. This dryer is great for those who do not have excellent brush-dryer coordination. Now I don’t dread blowing my hair out.

So simple and easy to use!

I have very fine hair and I've been searching for a way to add more volume. It's been a struggle for me because, while my hair is fine, it's very thick as well. I haven't ever been great with hair straighteners or curling irons, but this completely different! The hair dryer is easy to use, it gives me the body and the shape I want, and I can get my hair done in five minutes or less. It's absolutely wonderful!

Easy to use

I loved that it is light weight and feels very comfortable in my hand. The bristles are everything I need. They don’t tangle my hair and seem strong and durable. The extension cord is also a great length. I liked that the product comes with a manual that is very easy to understand and follow if you are a beginner. Overall great product.
